Women's Business Enterprise National Council: The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is dedicated to advancing the success of Corporate Members and is the nation's leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America's corporations. As a certified Woman Owned Business, OLC Global benefits greatly from WBENC's certification program, business opportunities, and resources they offer to their membership.
American Telservices Association: The American Teleservices Association (ATA) is the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations. OLC Global has relied on the ATA to provide us continuing education of trends within the industry and has kept us alert to all legislative threats that face contact centers. We currently have representation on the Midwest Chapter Board of Directors.
American Marketing Assocation: The American Marketing Association (AMA) is the professional association for individuals and organizations who are leading the practice, teaching, and development of marketing worldwide. OLC Global has been an active member in the AMA, attending conferences, participating in local chapter events and subscribing to many of their trade publications.
Marketing Research Institute International: The Marketing Research Association International (MRII) is a not-for-profit organization with the mission of fulfilling the core educational needs of people worldwide in the marketing research profession. OLC Global is proud to be representative on the national board of directors to help expand the knowledge base of all marketing research professionals.
Marketing Research Assocation: The Marketing Research Association (MRA) is the preeminent association promoting, unifying and advancing the insight, opinion and marketing research profession. Since 1985, OLC Global has been an active supporter of the organization on both the chapter and national level. In 2008, OLC Global was honored with the MRA's "Celebrated Company Award".
