Having spent a lifetime in market research I founded the company in 1985 following a very successful career on the full service side of the industry. Working as a Field Director I knew what was needed on the client side of the business and set out to teach my staff to work as if they were on the full service side of the business. That tradition continues today.
Even as technology continues to change the industry I stay on the leading edge of these changes and lead my research teams to embrace the new technologies and apply them to our work every day. I stay very connected to day to day business operations of the company and demands a high level of involvement by the Executive Management staff to maintain the industry leading standards of research that I have instituted.
