Our client services department is the best in the business. We assign a project director to your job and that person then works for you. Our project director becomes your representative in our company. If you are not happy - then we are not doing our job right. Our PDs take great pride in anticipating your needs. They proactively project any pitfalls they see coming based on their years of experience. This gives you a chance to react/make changes before problems occur rather than after data is collected. We are client pleasers - our clients come back again and again because of the high level of responsiveness and integrity that comes out of this department. The average tenure of our project directors is 12 years. That's a lot of experience running a lot of different projects.
