Training Process
All applicants are initially screened through a short phone interview. If a person meets our predetermined criteria, they are brought in for a personal interview. During this process we look for the right personality traits and administer grammar, logic, reading, writing, typing and spelling tests.
Once hired, the interviewer attends three days of training seminars that cover indepth market research specific training; examples include reading and recording verbatim, probing both for clarity and additional information, and how to effectively utilize rebuttals. At the end of the third day, they move out to the floor to learn how our interviewing software works.
Once an interviewer graduates from training, they are kept together as a group on the floor and participate in OJT (on-the-job training) for an additional week. They get extra attention and role playing time to review what they have learned. Subsequently, the company provides special ongoing group training seminars with all agents.
