StrataSoft agents work in a blended environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls seamlessly within the same or multiple campaigns. Each agent has access to individual or group voice mail. The system also supports the use of IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
The software provides multiple dialing methods, including power, preview, and predictive. Each call can be discretely monitored by our staff to ensure all quality guidelines are met. Furthermore, all calls can be recorded for later quality review sessions with the agent.
