Teleservices Training

All teleservices associates are carefully selected through multiple personal interviews, in addition to pre-employment screening tests and criminal background checks. Once hired, the trainee must attend 32 hours of intensive classroom training before a permanent position is offered. But it doesn't stop there.

Once on the production floor, agents continue to receive ongoing training throughout their entire careers. Topics covered include product knowledge, confidence building, rebuttal seminars, closing techniques, with an emphasis on business ethics and telephone etiquette.
